Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your MandirKhata account and associated personal information either from Settings → Request account deletion in the app or by email.

Send the request from the email address used for your MandirKhata account so we can verify ownership. Never include your password, OTP, bill photographs, or financial records in the email.

What happens next

  1. Qorven Technologies verifies that the requester controls the account email.
  2. We remove the authentication account and associated personal profile information.
  3. We remove the user from temple workspaces where this does not conflict with ownership-transfer or legitimate record-retention requirements.
  4. We confirm completion, normally within 30 days.

Records that may be retained

A temple committee may need to retain financial or audit records for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Where such retention is necessary, account information will be deleted or minimized where reasonably possible. Contact hello@qorventech.com with questions.
